Patient Transport Reservations


NOTICE: Creation of a user account now required for all new online submissions.


THE 7:00 PM RULE: All orders for next business day must be received by 4:00PM local time the day before to guarantee availability and scheduling. Any orders submitted after 7:00PM are not guaranteed and are subject to cancellation.


SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS: All Same Day Reservations need to be called into the Support Center at (800) 615-7398 to ensure availability and expedite your request.


CANCELLATION POLICY:

At Caliber, we know life happens and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled and/or rescheduled. We also know your time is valuable - and so is ours.

Please make sure that when you need to cancel/change an appointment you do so at least four (4) hours prior to its pick-up time to avoid being charged up to the full amount of the service(s) scheduled.

Changes/cancellations can be done online or you can always give us a call.
